Join Warner Bros. Discovery, where dreams come to life! We are seeking a Senior Counsel to provide legal support for our content distribution business, including direct-to-consumer video services and linear television channels.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage, negotiate, and draft license agreements for content distribution
Review and evaluate existing license agreements to ensure compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various topics
Stay updated on legal and technology developments related to media content distribution

Qualifications

4-7 years practicing law with a national law firm or corporate legal department
JD from an accredited law school required
Strong legal transactional skills and experience negotiating contracts
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to problem solve efficiently
