Responsibilities

Foster a positive restaurant culture
Train, develop, and coach team members
Identify and develop internal candidates for leadership positions
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and brand standards
Maintain excellent guest service and food quality
Review practices for continuous improvement
Interact with guests and community
Monitor costs and adherence to budget

Qualifications

Previous restaurant leadership experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations
Ability to analyze operational and financial performance
