Job Description

Join our team as a Merchandising Lead at Sam's Club in Anderson, SC. You will be responsible for providing member service, supervising associates, maintaining the sales floor, and ensuring safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

Provide member service and guidance
Supervise associates in assigned area
Receive and stock supplies and merchandise
Maintain safety standards
Maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation
Monitor food and merchandise quality
Develop processes to meet business needs
Support compliance with company policies
Lead and participate in teams
Oversee club pick up orders

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older
6 months retail experience and customer service experience
Leadership and supervising experience preferred
