  • Support building and hiring a strong team by observing in-store interviews and department tours.
  • Build a people-first culture by connecting with every teammate in the store.
  • Plan, organize, and control 30-days out with the guidance of Assistant Store Manager.
  • Strategically leverage teammates to ensure brand standards are met.
  • Assist in training teammates on company procedures and programs.
  • Lead by example to support the vision of the organization and store.

Qualifications

  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prior retail sales experience preferred.
