TownTasks is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to provide hands-on supervision of the warehouse operations in Minneapolis, MN.

Provide daily direction on shipping and receiving schedules, managing workforce productivity and accuracy.
Improve operating efficiencies, manage complexity, and be proactive in problem resolution.
Ensure accurate and on-time shipping and receiving of goods.
Supervise warehouse employees, set performance standards, and provide feedback constructively.
Conduct regular meetings to communicate updates and ensure safety compliance.
Interview, select, and provide training to new employees.
Lead annual inventory process and perform other assigned duties.

Bachelor's Degree and seven years of experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, or Logistics.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and lean manufacturing techniques.
Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Computer proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
