Responsibilities

Demonstrate commitment to CCC's people-based safety culture and adhere to safety requirements
Ensure compliance with all CCC standard operating procedures
Collaborate with project team, clients, subcontractors, and designers/engineers
Assist in estimating, project startup, construction, and closeout processes
Maintain positive relationships with customers
Travel may be required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
3-5 years of experience in General Contracting/Construction Management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, FTP sites, and document control programs
Knowledge of Sage 300, Procore, or Prolog is preferred
Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
