Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate commitment to CCC's people-based safety culture and adhere to safety requirements
  • Ensure compliance with all CCC standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate with project team, clients, subcontractors, and designers/engineers
  • Assist in estimating, project startup, construction, and closeout processes
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Travel may be required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in General Contracting/Construction Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, FTP sites, and document control programs
  • Knowledge of Sage 300, Procore, or Prolog is preferred
  • Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
