Job Description

Join TJ Maxx as a Retail Backroom Coordinator and be responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

Create a positive customer experience
Promote honesty and integrity
Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise processing
Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles
Communicate effectively with management and Associates
Ensure compliance with store standards
Promote safety awareness
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Superior communication and organizational skills
Capable of multi-tasking
Team player
Able to lift heavy objects
1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience
