Job Description

The Regional HR Business Partner at Applegreen is a leadership role responsible for aligning, advising, and consulting with the food and beverage business leaders and managers to drive people initiatives including recruiting & hiring, training, employee relations, retention, performance management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with District Managers and Site Managers on developing and executing productive recruiting strategies
  • Leading recruiting and hiring of District Managers and other regional operations roles
  • Developing, coordinating, and participating in local hiring initiatives and events
  • Overseeing facilitation of onboarding/orientation programs
  • Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to management
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and all applicable labor laws

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources business partner role
  • Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
  • Experience recruiting and building successful hiring programs
  • Strong employee relations experience and ability to travel to all sites in the region
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/ or SHRM certification preferred
