Join NYU Grossman School of Medicine as a Financial Analyst in the FGP department. Provide detailed analysis and reporting to support decision-making and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the preparation, submission, and administration of supplemental compensation for healthcare providers.
  • Evaluate and update supplemental structures to align with organizational objectives.
  • Prepare executive summaries and analytical reports for senior leadership decision-making.
  • Develop and deliver financial reports and interactive dashboards analyzing productivity and key metrics.
  • Monitor financial expenses and reimbursements, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Manage provider time off and service requests, oversee ticket entries for clinical staff.
  • Review and maintain provider insurance grids for accurate billing.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and healthcare policies.
  • Provide administrative assistance as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize projects.

Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheets, and EHR systems. Advanced Excel skills. 2-4 years of financial analysis experience in healthcare.
