Job Description

The Store Associate provides friendly service to customers shopping in-store and those engaging through omni-channel services. They assess the customer?s needs and provide assistance by executing the company?s customer service model, always putting the customer first.

Responsibilities

Greet every customer with a helpful and friendly approach
Perform salesfloor and warehouse functions including assisting customers and completing transactions
Maintain a neat, clean, and safe environment
Complete the fulfillment process for orders
Follow all policies and procedures

Qualifications

Availability to meet business needs
Good communication skills
Ability to use technology for customer interactions
Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift items
