Responsibilities

Cultivate genuine consumer connections by delivering exceptional experiences
Support store leadership in executing consumer experience programs and visual merchandising
Foster a positive team environment and provide training and coaching to associates
Ensure store operations meet standards and contribute to profitability
Support revenue building strategies and community engagement events
Assist in recruiting and talent identification

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
1 year of supervisory experience in retail preferred
Knowledge in sales, customer service, merchandising, and inventory control
Excellent organization, communication, and team skills
