Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a Warehouse Worker in Roaring Spring, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading products from trailers, operating a forklift, and stacking bags.

Responsibilities

Operate a fork lift to move palletized materials between trailers and the warehouse
Load and unload trailers, ensuring proper weight distribution
Pull bags and stack skids
Use a vehicle-mounted computer to effectively ship materials
Operate packaging equipment to stack and wrap materials
Communicate with counterparts and management during shift exchanges
Perform housekeeping to maintain standards
Ensure workplace safety requirements are met
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum of 18 years of age
Ability to work in varying temperatures
Capable of lifting 50-55 lbs. consistently and up to 80 lbs. occasionally
Comfortable working in dusty conditions
Must pass pre-employment drug test
Preferred: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and self-motivate
Proficient in reading documents in English
