Job Description

Discovery Management Group is seeking an Independent Living Manager to support the Executive Director in the overall leadership and management of senior living communities.

Responsibilities

Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance
Engage with residents to resolve issues and concerns
Monitor financials to meet business targets
Support the sales team to achieve occupancy goals
Oversee departments for efficient operations and compliance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Prior leadership experience in senior care industry
Management experience including hiring, coaching, and operations
Sales experience is a plus
Demonstrated success in managing expenses
