Join Bud Clary Auto Group as a Customer Service Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and support day-to-day operations at the front desk of our Collision Center.
Front desk management
Greet and direct customers upon arrival
Answer and route phone calls efficiently to the appropriate departments
Handle customer check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
Collect customer payments, reconcile the cash box, and ensure accurate financial transactions
Maintain and organize the shop schedule
Make follow-up and reminder calls for customer appointments
Scan and file all necessary paperwork in an organized manner
Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in handling financial transactions and basic accounting tasks
Familiarity with Dealertrack or similar automotive software a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
