Job Description

R+L Carriers is seeking a Pre Clerk to work in our Sanger, TX Service Center office. The role involves answering calls, data entry, processing paperwork, and assisting dispatchers.

Responsibilities

Answer calls on a multi-line system
Redirect calls to appropriate contacts
Data entry
Process driver paperwork
Assist dispatchers

Qualifications

Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency
Typing speed of 30 WPM with accuracy
Dependable and well-organized
Computer literate
Strong office, telephone, and communication skills
