Job Description

As a Sales Lead at Neiman Marcus Group, you will deliver a luxury client experience by coaching Client Advisors in partnership with the Sales Manager. You will implement business priorities, maintain high merchandising standards, and work within a Neiman Marcus retail store location.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate expectations and provide floor supervision to associate behaviors
  • Facilitate ongoing Associate Performance Management, career development, coaching, and feedback discussions
  • Manage Associate scheduling and floor coverage
  • Create a safe work environment and monitor compliance to policies
  • Champion NMG culture and values to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintain selling floor standards, process new receipts, and drive sales growth

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of retail and/or customer service supervisory experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Product Suite
