Job Description

Sodexo is seeking a Human Resource Manager 3 to join our team at UC Health Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Responsibilities

Manages HR function for a specific segment of onsite Sodexo client teams, including hourly recruitment, policies and procedures, onboarding, off-boarding, training, general leave of absence, and employee records.

Assist hiring managers with all aspects of the new hire process.

Guides new hires to the right subject matter experts for benefits, payroll, timekeeping, etc.

Works with all levels of the business, including frontline employees, supervisors, mid-level managers, and directors.

Supports the talent acquisition process with our recruiting team to ensure positions are approved, posted, and sourced to find the best candidates at all levels.

Supports managers with employee relations concerns under the guidance of the HR Leader.

Assists management in planning, developing, and implementing HR activities.

Balances the needs of employees and management with relation to employee performance and policy alignment.

Qualifications

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum Management Experience - 2 Years.

Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years in HR.
