Job Description

Join the Leadership Team in our Flower Mound Distribution Center! This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with leadership experience who are eager to grow and take their skills to the next level!

Responsibilities

Ensures safety, productivity, and quality in all distribution operations (On Time and In Full).
Designs, develops, and manages the distribution department budget.
Refurbishes and enhances site infrastructure and equipment to support site efforts in growth and meeting objectives.
Continues efforts to build maintenance performance metrics and train all staff in those measures to optimize performance and return on investment.
Ensures associates have the tools and training necessary to do the job.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Min. 4 years of experience in a distribution operations position / 2 being in a people leadership role of 20+ associates.
High-volume distribution center experience, highly preferred.
Strong analytical and process improvement skills.
Strong team building and associate engagement skills.
Inventory management and cycle counting experience, a plus.
SAP or similar warehouse management software experience, highly preferred.
MS Office proficiency, strong MS Excel.
