Use LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM tools to identify candidates
Develop job postings and establish partnerships with hiring managers
Conduct interviews and extend job offers
Participate in job fairs and utilize recruitment software

Qualifications

At least 3 years of HR Recruiter experience
Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and CRM systems
Experience with Applicant Track System and iCIMS software
Excellent communication skills and ability to conduct effective interviews
