Verifying home health care benefits for new clients, contacting insurance companies to obtain benefit & billing information, documenting benefits, assisting service offices with benefits, coordinating coverage and contract status.
Bachelor's Degree preferred, at least 1 year of benefit experience, Managed Medicare and Managed Medicaid experience, strong customer service and telephone skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong PC skills.
