Responsibilities

Verify home health care benefits for new clients
Contact insurance companies for benefit and billing info
Document benefits and communicate coverage
Assist service offices with benefits
Coordinate coverage, authorization, and contract status

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required
Minimum 1 year of benefit experience
Managed Medicare and Managed Medicaid experience
Strong customer service and telephone skills
Attention to detail and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Professional demeanor and presentation
