Rally House is seeking a Team Sales Lead to join our specialty retail store in Deptford, NJ. The ideal candidate will lead a team, set selling standards, and provide coaching to Sales Associates.
Staffing: shift management, leading others
Customer service: ensures customer remains the top priority
Delivery Results: inventory control, selling strategies
Merchandising: Meets Rally House visual standards; floor moves and merchandising; organizing, game-planning and execution
Must be 18 years of age; 1-2 years of retail experience; training and coaching experience preferred.
Required to stand and walk; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; differentiate colors. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.
