Rally House, a specialty retail store passionate about all things local, is seeking a Team Sales Lead to join our growing team. This role involves leading a team of Sales Associates, setting selling standards, and ensuring the sales floor's presentation.

Responsibilities

Manage shift schedules and lead team members
Ensure top-notch customer service
Implement effective selling strategies for inventory control
Maintain visual standards, execute floor moves, and organize merchandise

Qualifications

18 years of age
1-2 years of retail experience
Experience in training and coaching preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
