Job Description

Join Compana Pet Brands, a global leader in pet care and nutrition, as a Warehouse Fulfillment Lead. Make an impact by coordinating activities, monitoring schedules, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

Coordinate activities of Work Center and DTC team members to meet shipping goals.
Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing as needed.
Ensure proper handling of materials according to procedures.
Perform final inspection of products before forwarding.
Collaborate with Warehouse Supervisor for process improvements.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
3 years of warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience.
At least one year of leadership experience.
Ability to become forklift certified within 90 days.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
