Job Description

SS&C Technologies is looking for a Manager - Private Equity Services to manage and monitor transaction processing, application of accounting principles, and financial reporting for private equity clients.

Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and deliverables
Review fund governing documents and transaction documentation
Prepare financial reports and statements
Assist in year-end audit process
Provide guidance to junior staff

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field
4 years of experience in accounting role
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and alternative investment funds
Experience with fund accounting system Investran
