Join our team at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) as a Client Service Coordinator for the Employee Health & Benefits team. Assist in servicing assigned accounts, handling day-to-day workflow, and effectively communicating with clients and internal teams.
Assist in servicing assigned accounts. Handle day-to-day workflow of the servicing process. Complete administrative tasks. Communicate effectively with Consultants/Producers, Client Management teams, and clients through marketing, prospecting, and servicing new and renewal business.
Skills required: Aptitude to learn technical knowledge of benefits insurance coverage. Ability to work in a team environment. Strong organizational skills. Eagerness to ask questions.
Preferred qualifications: Prior insurance experience. Knowledge with Benefit Point, Image right, and/or Applied/EPIC AMS. Active Life and Health license.
