Fireworks Supervisor at Pyrotechnique by Grucci overseeing operations at Radford Army Ammunition Plant.

Supervise Assistant Supervisor, Team Leaders, and Handlers in assigned department.
Schedule staffing and approve vacation to provide necessary coverage.
Ensure manufacturing process and product meet quality requirements through inspections and audits.
Provide hands-on training and assistance to ensure production goals are met.
Report production status to upper management and ensure compliance with regulations.

Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisor position in manufacturing or production environment.
Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification or ability to obtain within one year.
Background experience in Root Cause Analysis, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing.
Good communication skills and computer proficiency.
Ability to work well under pressure and motivate employees.
