Job Description

Join Aveanna Healthcare as a Client Service Supervisor to coordinate staffing needs, manage caregiver schedules, and ensure efficient case assignments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate staffing needs and manage caregiver schedules.
Organize orientation and training for new caregivers.
Manage shift coverage for absences or tardiness.
Monitor and address cost containment for efficient case assignments.
Evaluate and support staff performance.
Provide 24/7 on-call support to field staff, patients, and families.
Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers and patients.
Demonstrate problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
Uphold company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree a plus.
Proficient in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
Healthcare experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Willingness to work an after-hours on-call schedule.
