Job Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and developing teams to support business strategies in processes, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

Support the business strategy for safety, quality, and performance
Lead, develop, and grow a team of employees
Recruit, select, onboard, and train resources
Drive warehouse associates results through coaching and feedback
Own process improvement efforts and monitor financial standards
Drive KPI metrics and facility performance scorecards

Qualifications

5+ years of warehouse experience in a managerial role
Ability to implement CI actions for cost, service, and quality improvements
Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs
Experience with warehouse management software and databases
Excellent communication skills
