Job Description

Join Companions Animal Hospital as our Lead Customer Service Representative (CCR) and lead the front desk team to elevate the client experience.

Responsibilities

Perform traditional CCR duties
Coach, mentor and support team members
Provide feedback and training
Assist with escalated client concerns
Manage team scheduling and task flow
Identify and implement process improvements
Help with social media monitoring and responses

Qualifications

Animal-related client service experience
Confidence under pressure
Time management and attention to detail
Passion for customer service
Strong communication skills
Familiarity with phone systems and veterinary software
