Job Description

Join our team as a Full Time Warehouse Lead responsible for providing leadership to the warehouse team, training and evaluating warehouse personnel and processes, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct daily warehouse activities
Ensure safety and successful completion of warehouse operations
Train and evaluate warehouse personnel
Communicate with management for process and personnel improvements
Model and promote safety culture

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
1-3 years of work experience
PIT Certification preferred
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Strong communication and computer skills
