Responsibilities

Manage standard work and resolve questions, problems, or concerns.
Monitor ship date schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
Make suggestions to improve workflow.
Provide input on employee performance and quality.
Train co-workers on best practices and LEAN principles.
Participate in cross-departmental projects for process improvement.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
2-4 year college degree desired.
Knowledge of Lean, 5S, Root Cause analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer programs.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
