Job Description

Floor & Decor is seeking Warehouse Associates to compile orders, replenish merchandise, interact with customers, and operate forklifts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate and understand compliance of safety processes.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Restock show floor and organize merchandise.
Assist customers in finding products and answering questions.
Keep work area clean and safe.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Warehouse experience required.
Customer service experience preferred.
Ability to handle heavy machinery and forklifts.
Completion of forklift certifications.
