Job Description

Dollar Tree is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager to assist with merchandising tasks, store activities, and team management. Join our team in Lindon, Utah.

Responsibilities

Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
Perform opening and closing procedures
Protect and secure company assets
Maintain store areas to company standards
Direct supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when Store Manager is absent
Process SSC Corporate directives
Manage freight flow and stockroom organization
Plan and implement merchandising strategies

Qualifications

Prior retail and management experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to lift and transport merchandise up to 50lbs
