Job Description

Kenny's Candy & Confections is seeking a Mid Shift Warehouse Supervisor to assist in daily warehouse activities. If you have a passion for warehousing, this role might be perfect for you!

Responsibilities

Oversee warehouse personnel under the direction of the Warehouse Manager.
Ensure all shipping, receiving, and moving activities are accurate.
Conduct performance appraisals of warehouse personnel.
Identify opportunities for efficiency and productivity gains.
Ensure warehouses and equipment are kept in good repair.
Drive the shuttle truck to deliver and pickup product and supplies.
Reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment.

Qualifications

Must be able to work alone at times.
Must be able to read and comprehend instructions.
Must be responsible for accurately loading and unloading trucks.
Must be able to work with other departments during slow periods.
Must be proactive in problem-solving.
