Job Description

HealthAxis is seeking a Healthcare Operations Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for employees and clients in various healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will ensure that healthcare staff have the knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively, comply with regulatory standards, and provide exceptional Member/Provider Experience.

Responsibilities

Create training materials for multiple healthcare business lines
Stay current with industry changes and incorporate into training
Customize training programs based on organizational needs
Analyze program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in health care, education, business or related field
1-2 years of experience training healthcare organizations
Working knowledge of the Healthcare industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems
