Job Description

Fabletics is looking for a Seasonal Store Associate to provide a Best-in-Class retail store experience at Westfield Galleria at Roseville in Roseville, CA.

Responsibilities

Embody the company's culture and values, providing insight to Customers on living their passion.
Engage Customers by providing knowledge on product features, fit, and function.
Drive Customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager.
Maintain store-merchandising guidelines and provide feedback to improve the business.
Strive to meet and exceed store objectives, maintain personal sales, and achieve sales goals.
Maintain safety and security standards, unpack boxes for inventory.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of retail work experience preferred.
Knowledge of active lifestyle choices.
Ability to interact with Customers, Employees, and Business Partners.
Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
Self-motivated, good communicator, ability to multitask.
Flexibility in work hours and physical requirements.
