Job Description

Adventist Health is seeking a Compensation Analyst to administer the organization's compensation program. The role involves generating reports, completing surveys, and making recommendations for changes within the wage structure and salary grades.

Responsibilities

Audit compensation data for accuracy
Make recommendations for changes within wage structure
Distribute updates and maintain wage book
Complete annual wage compensation survey
Participate in annual review of wage structure
Perform other job-related duties

Qualifications

Associate's or Technical Degree required
Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business Administration preferred
Three years of relevant experience preferred
