Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Audit compensation data for accuracy
  • Make recommendations for changes within wage structure
  • Distribute updates and maintain wage book
  • Complete annual wage compensation survey
  • Participate in annual review of wage structure
  • Perform other job-related duties

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Technical Degree required
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business Administration preferred
  • Three years of relevant experience preferred
