Job Description

Join us as a Lead Service Associate at TownTasks and contribute to improving health and wellness in the community.

Responsibilities

Supervise and assist Store Associates with daily operational tasks.
Assist customers with shopping needs and transactions.
Manage merchandising tasks via plan-o-gram.
Ensure proper receiving and stocking procedures.
Count and reconcile cash register drawers.
Prepare deposits and order change from the bank.
Regularly inspect store inventory and follow Product Freshness Review Schedule.
Maintain a safe, clean, and pleasing environment for customers and associates.
Design monthly schedules and assign work to optimize workflow.

Qualifications

H.S. Diploma or GED required.
Minimum one (1) year experience in retail, food service, restaurant, or customer service industry, preferably at a supervision level.
