Responsibilities

Promote a positive customer experience
Lead and mentor Associates
Train on personalizing customer experiences and loyalty programs
Manage registers and POS coverage
Address customer concerns promptly
Ensure tasks are executed according to store plan

Qualifications

1 year retail experience
6 months of leadership experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours
Team player with attention to detail
