Job Description

Join our team at TownTasks as a Service & Engagement Team Leader. You will lead a team of passionate and knowledgeable guest advocates, service advocates, and front of store attendants to ensure exceptional guest service and drive loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate inclusivity and lead a team to exceed guest service expectations
Plan and execute daily/weekly workload to achieve sales goals
Support Target Loyalty Programs and educate team members on benefits
Lead a culture of accountability and safety

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail experience preferred
Effective communication skills and ability to manage workload independently
Must be at least 18 years old
