Join LifeStance Health, a leading mental health practice group, as a Senior Benefits Specialist overseeing employee benefits and ADA compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead benefits specialists team and ensure smooth operations of employee benefits programs
  • Act as a subject matter expert for benefits-related inquiries
  • Collaborate with vendors for benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain documentation
  • Serve as primary contact for ADA compliance and accommodation requests
  • Work closely with Legal, HR managers, and Compliance teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs
  • Experience leading a team and managing projects
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience with vendor interaction and collaboration
