The HR Systems and Payroll Lead is responsible for overseeing payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR systems management to ensure seamless execution and efficiency within the HR function.
• Oversee and process payroll accurately and in compliance with regulations
• Administer employee benefits programs and resolve inquiries
• Act as the primary administrator for HRIS and maintain accurate HR data
• Generate and analyze HR reports on key metrics
• Identify and implement process improvements for payroll and benefits administration
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years in payroll, benefits, or HRIS administration
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• CPP, SHRM-CP, or PHR certification preferred
