Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Supervisor to provide exceptional customer experiences at our retail location. This role involves sharing the company's story, leading the sales floor, and contributing to process improvement.

Responsibilities

Communicate brand values to customers

Lead front-of-house operations

Qualifications

6+ months in a management position
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
