Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of the business firsthand at Orchard Town Center in Westminster, Colorado.

Responsibilities

Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers
Promote an efficient, inclusive, and service-minded retail environment
Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and offer style advice
Lead front-of-house operations and team touchbases
Open and close the store
Foster an inclusive culture

Qualifications

6+ months in a management position
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Adaptability and ability to work under pressure
Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive problem-solving skills
Passionate about customer service
