Mercedes-Benz of Westminster is seeking a General Sales Manager to lead and manage the Sales Floor. This is an opportunity to join a top producing Mercedes-Benz dealer in Colorado.
The General Sales Manager will be responsible for appraising, displaying, and merchandising vehicles. They will establish sales goals, lead sales forecasting, develop prospecting programs, and monitor federal, state, and local regulations. Additionally, they will hire, train, and motivate sales employees, conduct sales training meetings, and oversee sales efforts to enhance customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of General Sales Manager experience with a luxury brand. They should demonstrate leadership ability, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of new-vehicle sales regulations. Experience as a Mercedes-Benz Sales Manager is required, along with familiarity with automotive software systems.
