Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support via Salesforce cases and inbound phone calls
  • Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes
  • Manage case log and follow up to ensure resolutions
  • Recognize trends and report bugs and product requests
  • Assist with developing workflows and best practices

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in customer support or film industry
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Organized and able to prioritize effectively
