Responsibilities

Build relationships with seniors and assist with activities of daily living
Notify management of changes in condition and recommend adjustments in care
Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans
Maintain safety, compliance, and hospitality standards

Qualifications

Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills
High School diploma/GED, previous experience working with seniors preferred
Ability to communicate effectively and make decisions in the resident's best interest
