Job Description

Ashton North is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Generalist contractor to join their team in St. Johns, AZ. This role involves providing a wide range of HR services and functions to support the HR department.

Responsibilities

Administer day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Collaborate with management to implement HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Facilitate training and development initiatives.
Manage and resolve employee queries and issues.
Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills.
