ALDI is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate to join our team in Frederick, Maryland. This position offers competitive wages and benefits in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Select and receive incoming stock efficiently
Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse
Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically
Perform general cleaning duties
Participate in inventory counts
Cooperate and interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership
Provide input to improve processes
Inspect product quality and safety
Assist in achieving budgeted goals
Operate equipment according to safety guidelines

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to perform basic arithmetic equations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
